Our land drain is not suitable as a dispersal drain

All of our land drain sizes are sold by external diameter.

It is recommended to use a non-woven geotextile membrane to line the trench during installation. This prevents fine soil from entering the land drain, which could cause a blockage that will be difficult to clear in the future.

You can also find filter 'socks' that fits around the flexible land drain pipe. The size of these socks corresponds with the size of the land drain they are designed for use with (e.g. 60mm x 50m filter sock to be used with 60mm x 50m land drain). The filter sock bridges the corrugations of the pipe, which creates a much larger surface area for water absorption, increasing the system’s overall efficiency
